Allgood Family,
I am so very sorry for your loss. I did not know Marty personally, I did meet him a few times. I have heard many wonderful stories about this great man you are grieving for. Unfortunately I do not have many words of comfort as just last week I lost my mother and grandmother. In the same day. The best advice I can give is be there for each other. You are all going to have different times of breakdown. Keep his memory alive in you and the grandkids. With deepest sympathy and prayers of peace.

Marty! Whoever knew him has funny stories to tell. He and dad worked together a lot.
Marty and I fished together a few times. Always eventful.
Nebraska City has lost a good man who is now on eternal patrol in the clouds, joining Mel, Gary, Joe, Roger, and others.
Rest In Peace.

Allgood Family,

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Marty was my very first coach in t-ball. He never called me Chris. It was always Angel. I feel like I can hear him saying it now, "Hey, Angel, get over here!" He had a heart of gold and always believed the best in everyone. He was genuine, humble, and lovable. My life was all the better for having known him as a kid.

Blessings to you as you move through this difficult time. May the Lord hold you in His loving embrace, and may you be comforted by the many beautiful memories you had with Marty.

Love to you all,
Christine Angel Denker

Saddened to see Marty's obituary. What a loss to your family.

Marty had to have a talk with me once about something I did that was wrong and I didn't think anything of it. But you know I never did it again.

Thank you Marty.

To Allgood Family,

Would like to wish you a big prayer for your loss. There will never be a finer man in this world than Marty Allgood. Several times he stopped me and me thinking I did something wrong and he just wanted to see how I was doing as he had not seen me in a while. When GOD received him he got the best there ever was and ever will be. A prayer to the whole family and wish you all the best going forward especially David (aka SAM). Have not seen you in over 30 years. Take care my friend.

Tony, Sally, and Conner Curtis
