Sharon and family,
We are so sorry to hearing of the loss of Red. We are praying for you all and hoping that God will grant you peace and comfort in the coming days. God saw that he was getting tired and had suffered long enough so he took his hand and led him home where his pain is gone and he now will walk with the family who have gone before him. God Be With You and bless you and your family.
Our sincere condolences,

To the family, my heartfelt condolences for your loss of your loved one. As you cope with your loss, may you find comfort in knowing that God promises to put an end to all the things that have plagued mankind for centuries including death (Revelation 21:3,4). May these promises from God's word, the Bible give you comfort now and real hope for the future. My deepest sympathy.
