Asa Woodruff Obituary

Asa G. Woodruff, age 87 of Nebraska City, NE passed away on April 23, 2024 at his home at Victorian Acres Campground.

Asa Gordon Woodruff was born on April 7, 1937 in Rummerfield, PA; the son of Ernest Leroy and Emma Mae (Coville) Woodruff.

He was united in marriage to DeEtta Jean Williams on April 7, 1979 in Texas.

Asa worked at various jobs over the years. Most recently, he worked at Harrah’s Casino in Council Bluffs, IA in Environmental Services.

He is survived by his wife DeEtta of Nebraska City; children: Cecil Woodruff and Daniel Woodruff both of New York and Adam Woodruff of Nebraska City; grandchildren: Mary, Richard and Koby; siblings: Cecil Woodruff of New York, Ernest Woodruff, Jr. of Texas, Ronald Woodruff and Mae Hernandez both of California; other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
