Timothy S. Bottcher

Timothy S. Bottcher, age 59 of Nebraska City, NE passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Immanuel Hospital in Omaha, NE.

Timothy Scott Bottcher was born on August 21, 1965 in Syracuse, NE; the son of LeRoy R. and Jacquelyn J. (Riensche) Bottcher.  He attended school in Nebraska City, graduating from Nebraska City High School with the Class of 1984.  After high school, Tim served in the United States Army and was stationed at both Ft. Sill, OK and Ft. Bliss, TX.

Tim worked for many years as a carpet installer with Harold Majors. He was a dedicated employee at the American Meter Company (Honeywell) for over 25 years.  

He is survived by his mother Jacque Kraenow of Nebr. City, NE and step-father Ken Kraenow of Nebr. City, NE; siblings:  Renee Mangano (Frank) of LaVista, NE, Kim Reid (Chris) of Omaha, NE, Kelly Maldanado (Gabriel) of Buckner, MO, Travis Bottcher of Wymore, NE and James Bottcher of Beatrice, NE; nieces and nephews:  Michaela Phonephakdy (Lae) of Omaha, NE, Willow Reid of Omaha, NE, Sabastian, Logan and Dillan Bottcher all of Wymore, NE, Clarissa Bottcher of Nebr. City, NE, Adrianna Bottcher of Lincoln, NE, Diana and Joana Maldanado of Buckner, MO, and Ana Young of Branson, MO; great-nieces and great-nephew:  Aubrey, London and Pete Phonephakdy; other family and friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his father LeRoy Bottcher and grandparents: Clarence and Edna Bottcher, Gilbert and LuElla Riensche and Herman and Gladys Kraenow. 

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at Gude Mortuary in Nebr. City with Pastor Theresa Brezenski officiating.  Private burial will follow at Wyuka Cemetery in Nebr. City.
