Terry Lynn Trew Sr.

Terry L. Trew Sr., age 62 of Nebraska City passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family.

Terry Lynn Trew was born on November 19, 1960 in Nebraska City, NE; the son of Marion C. and Bethel C. (Rakes) Trew.  He grew up in Nebraska City and graduated from Nebraska City High School with the Class of 1978.

On December 28, 2022 he was united in marriage to Tammy S. Wredt.  They spent the last 22 years together.

He worked in Omaha, NE for the Iron Workers Local Union #21 for more than 20 years.

Terry is survived by his wife, Tammy Trew of Nebraska City; children:  Terry Trew, Jr. and wife Christa of Sterling, NE and Tish Trew of Syracuse, NE; 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one great-grandchild due in June of 2023; parents Marion and Beth Trew of Nebraska City, NE; siblings:  Marlin Rakes (Julie) of Lincoln, NE and Pam McCall (Roy) of Hamburg, IA; step children:  April Stukenholtz (Derek) of Madison, MS, Devin Jansen (Brandon) of Columbus, NE, Chad Jones (Taylor) of Wahoo, NE; other family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Gude Mortuary in Nebr. City. 

The family will greet friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday (1/6) at the mortuary.
