Ronald Eugene Hofker

Ronald E. Hofker, age 58 of Nebraska City, NE passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024 at his home.

Ronald Eugene Hofker was born on February 26, 1966 in Syracuse, NE; the son of Duane Eugene and Doris Jean (Ottens) Hofker.  He attended grade school in Syracuse and Lincoln.  The family later moved to Nebraska City where he attended the Nebraska City Public Schools. 

He is survived by his siblings:  Karen Thomas of Cook, NE, James Hofker of Nebr. City, NE; a half-sister Shari Bea of Iowa; sister-in-law Patricia Hofker of North Carolina; nephew Steven Thomas of Burr, NE; five great nephews and nieces and one great-great nephew; other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother on April 7, 2001, his father on June 15, 1984;  a half brother Terry Hofker and brother-in-law Ron Thomas.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at Gude Mortuary in Nebr. City with Pastor Norman Anderson officiating. 

Memorials may be given to the family in his memory.
