Regina A. (Heald) Gray

Regina Anne Gray, age 84 of Papillion, NE (formerly Nebr. City) passed away on May 8, 2020 at Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE.

She was born on March 4, 1936 in Central City, NE; the daughter of John Herman and Hallie Belle (Monhollon) Heald.  Regina was a member of the Nebraska City High School Class of 1954 and she later furthered her education taking nursing classes as Southeast Community College in Fairbury, NE.

She worked at the Good Samaritan Care Center in Millard, NE for many years providing care and love to the many residents.

She is survived by her children:  Melanie R. Torczon (Dave) of Omaha, NE, Tim R. Klein (Chris) and Jayne Milner (Ed) all of Papillion, NE; grandchildren:  Michela Torczon, Matt Torczon, Hannah Klein, Samuel Klein, Marissa Klein, Caleb Klein, Alissa Baldwin (Dave), Jessica Gray and Nikki Marquez (Jon); four great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law Karma Huss of Council Bluffs, IA; other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by a son Doug on Aug. 20, 2015, a sister Karla Heald and brother Arlie Heald.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday morning (5/14) at 10:00 a.m. at Gude Mortuary in Nebraska City with Pastor Jeff Dart officiating.  Burial will be in Wyuka Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Thursday (5/14) from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the mortuary.
