Lori Jean (Schneider) Creek

Lori J. Creek, age 62 of Nebraska City passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at the Nebraska Heart Institute in Lincoln, NE.

Lori Jean Creek was born on January 30, 1958 in Nebraska City, NE; the daughter of Adolph L. and Bonnie L. (Curl) Schneider.  She grew up and attended school in Nebraska City, graduating from Nebraska City High School with the Class of 1976.

She worked for several years at the former Arnie’s Bagelicious in Nebr. City and was a former member of the Eagles Auxiliary.

Lori is survived by her sister Jody Weddle and husband Bob of Nebr. City; niece Michelle Zoller (Jeff) of Unadilla, NE; nephew Matt Weddle (Niki) of Nebr. City; dear friends Jacob Tharp and Brandi Jordan; other extended family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her dad, Adolph Schneider on Sept. 26, 2008 and her mom, Bonnie Bird on May 18, 2007.

A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Wyuka Cemetery in Nebr. City.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Rita Tharp, Rhonda Yost, Cindy Meyer, Tammy Loos, Jill Boeche, Mary Gilliland, Paris Jordan and Sheila Neeman.

The services will be recorded and made available on Gude Funeral Homes Facebook page at 3:00 p.m. on Friday; (10/30).  

Memorials may be given to the family to defray expenses.
