Laurence Good Tidrick

Laurence Good Tidrick, age 81 resident of Elk Grove Village, IL for 45 years.

He passed away January 23, 2026, with family by his side. Born August 5, 1944, in Evanston IL to the late Laurence and Ruth (nee Good). Beloved husband to Margaret ‘Meg’ (nee Reagan) for 53 years. Loving father to Anne (Scott) Merrill and Virginia Tidrick. Dear brother to Barbara Ford.

Laurence worked as a CPA, IT specialist, stockbroker, and social worker for prisoners with substance dependencies.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 11AM until time of Chapel Service 2PM at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S. Arlington Heights Road, Elk Grove Village, IL. Interment will be in the Hamburg Cemetery, Hamburg IA at a date to be announced.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Laurence’s name to the Alzheimer’s Foundation, www.alz.org or American Lung Association, www.lungs.org, would be appreciated.
