Larry Dean Rose

Larry D. Rose, 88, of David City passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Brookestone of David City. 

Larry was born on November 10, 1936 to Orvey and Evelyn (Martin) Rose in Percival, Iowa.  He moved to David City in 1976 where he lived at Region IV when it was on a farm.  Then he moved with Region IV when they relocated to the north of David City.  

He is survived by his siblings: Garry Rose of Wilmington, NC and Mary (Gary) Davie of Glenwood, IA; his nieces and nephews and Region IV Family.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, and sister-in-law: Marilyn Rose.  

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Gude Mortuary in Nebraska City, NE. Following the service, Larry will be laid to rest next to his mother, Evelyn Wirth, at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Nebr. City.
