Julie E. (Eloge) West

Julie E. (Eloge) West, age 69 of Talmage, NE passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025 at Bryan East Medical Center in Lincoln, NE.

Julie was born on February 18, 1956 in Nebraska City, NE; the daughter of Lester Leon and Ruth Lenore (Bird) Eloge.  She grew up and attended school in Nebraska City.

She married William Hall in April of 1972 in Nebr. City, NE.  After the couple divorced, she would later marry Mark West on July 26, 2001 in Nebr. City, NE.

Julie worked at Excel for many years and also provided Home Healthcare and Housekeeping services to many.  She also worked at the former City Wholesale Meat Co. in Nebraska City. 

She is survived by her son Jassen Hall (Stacey Collier) of Bellevue, NE; three grandchildren:  Sebastien Hall, Skylee Hall and Devlin Hall; two great-grandchildren; two sisters:  Jackie Tanner and Jayne Swearengin both of Nebr. City, NE; brother-in-law Arnie Christiansen of Nebr. City, NE; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Julie was preceded in death by her husband Mark West on July 14, 2023; her son Jeremiah Hall on April 23, 2004 and siblings:  Judy (Phil) Marion, Jill Christiansen and Rick Eloge.

A Graveside Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery near Talmage, NE.

Memorials may be given to the American Lung Association in memory of Julie.
