Judith A. (Solomon) Schutte

Judith A. “Judy” Schutte, age 75 of Nebraska City passed away on Thursday; October 1, 2020 at Bergan Mercy Hospital in Omaha, NE.

She was born on February 21, 1945 at Santa Monica, CA; the daughter of Wayman C. and Dorine (Beadleston) Solomon.  

She was united in marriage to Marion E. “Blackie” Schutte on March 27, 1965 at Nebraska City, NE.

Judy worked for over 40 years at the Toddy Shop in Nebraska City.

She is survived by her daughter Deann Nathan and husband Brad of Omaha, NE; a brother Steve Solomon and wife Shirley of Beatrice, NE; two sisters:  Cindy Brummond and husband Scott of Wayne, NE and Kathy Beaty and husband Dan of Tekamah, NE; numerous cousins, other family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Blackie Schutte on March 27, 1991, as well as her parents.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday (Oct. 10) from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Wildwood Park Shelter in Nebraska City.
