Jeri L. (Anderson) Moyer

Jeri L. (Anderson) Moyer, age 72 of Nebraska City, NE passed on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Nebr. City.

Jeri Lynnette (Anderson) Moyer was born on January 23, 1953 in Nebraska City, NE; the daughter of John Nash and Donna Mae (Hawley) Anderson.  She grew up and attended school in Nebraska City.

She married Robert Moyer on December 21, 1970 in Rock Port, MO and the couple later divorced.

Jeri worked at St. Mary’s Hospital for many years in the housekeeping/laundry department.  She retired in December of 2021.  She was a life-time member of the Eagles Auxiliary.

She is survived by son Tyree Anderson of Nebr. City; brother Harold Anderson (Barbara) of Santee, CA and their son Jonathon; sister JoDeen Anderson (Harold Trotter) of Nebr. City; special friends:  Frank and Karlene Soriano and Linda Hauptman all of Nebr. City; other family and many friends.

Jeri was preceded in death by her father John on Sept. 8, 1999 and her mother Donna on January 6, 2008.

A Celebration of her Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the Eagles Club in Nebraska City.

Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
