Connie K. (Eaton) Connell

Connie K. Connell, age 68 of Nebraska City, NE passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Lincoln, NE.

Connie was born on March 19, 1953 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Nebraska City, NE; the daughter of Marvin “Bud” and Betty Jean (Griffin) Eaton.  She attended school and graduated from the Nebraska City High School with the Class of 1971. 

On March 13, 1973, Connie was united in marriage to Larry Joe Connell in Nebraska City and to this union two children were born:  Heather and Kyle.

She worked for 40 plus years as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Nebraska City and Auburn.  She loved helping and caring for the many clients she attended to over the years.  She will be truly missed by her family and everyone who ever knew her.

Connie is survived by her husband of 48 years, Larry Connell of Nebr. City; daughter Heather Landers (Richie) of Nebr. City; son Kyle Connell (Lisa) of Nebr. City; four grandchildren:  Courtney Landers, Andrew Connell (Kylie), Alex Connell (fiancé Crystal McLaughlin) and Aaron Connell; five great-grandchildren:  Willow Renker, Clarke Connell, Delta Connell, Miley Connell and Layken Barker; siblings:  Vicki Hughes of St. Joseph, MO, Kris Crouse of Millard, NE and Val Heng (Gary) of Columbus, NE; extended family:  Tammy (Yobani) Escobar, Cody Landers, Tahlia Landers and Jazmine Landers; numerous nieces and nephews and lots of very special friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Betty Eaton.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at the Nebraska City Church of Christ with Pastor John Telgren officiating.
