Amanda Sue Pereyra

Amanda S. Pereyra, age 41 of Dunbar, NE passed away on Wednesday evening; March 6, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.

Amanda Sue Pereyra was born on September 8, 1982 at the University of Iowa Medical Center in Iowa City, IA; the daughter of Laverne E. and Sherrill A. (White) Wildt.  She attended elementary school in Bedford, IA and later attended high school at Wooster High School in Reno, NV.

She was united in marriage to Alberto Pereyra, Sr. on December 26, 2000 in Reno, NV.   Amanda was a housewife and homemaker and provided a loving home to her husband and three boys. 

She is survived by her husband Alberto Pereyra, Sr. of Dunbar, NE; her three sons:  Alberto Pereyra, Jr. and sig. other Samantha, Bernardino Pereyra and sig. other Serenity and Christian Pereyra all of Dunbar, NE; a step-daughter Jennifer Astorga and husband Angelo of Manteca, CA; two step grandchildren:  Raezhelle Dantes and Makaio Astorga; her father Laverne Wildt of Springfield, IL; siblings:  Verne Wildt and wife Lorie of Shenandoah, IA and Rebecca Collins and husband Sean of Springfield, IL; nieces:  Katie Wildt, Skylar Collins and Azaraya Collins; other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother Sherrill Gibson and mother-in-law Regina Pereyra.
