Bruce Creek Obituary

Bruce Eugene Creek passed away suddenly February 10th, 2024 in Bentonville, Arkansas. Bruce was born April 29th, 1971 to Cal Creek and Kathy (Esser) Creek Krueger. He graduated from NCHS in 1989. After graduation he joined the Marines. He married Holli Rose on June 3rd 1995. They welcomed two sons, Logan and Gavin. They enjoyed following their sons to all their activities and supported whatever they wanted to try, from baseball to acting. Bruce was so proud of his boys.

Bruce was always the social one. As a youngster when playing with his older brother and cousins they often managed to get into some type of mischief. It was Bruce who could talk their way out of it. Always cute and always clever.

As an adult Bruce was a sales person, still a talker. In Lincoln, he worked for Custom Countertops. During his time there he was diagnosed with a brain tumor and after a rough couple years he was able to put it behind him and was always thankful after each MRI. He had a deep faith and was happy to have found a new church in Bentonville. His last Facebook post was about enjoying the experience at Northwest Church.

He is survived by sons: Logan and Gavin, ex wife Holli Rouse, brother Cal Creek, sisters Amy (Jayson) Polacek and Ellie Gillespie, niece and nephews, aunts and uncles, special cousins who were like sisters and brothers, and so many friends and his "adopted" parents Sheila and Ron. He was preceded in death by both parents and his grandparents.

A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at Wyuka Cemetery in Nebr. City on Saturday; March 23, 2024.
